Carr's (CARR.L), the Speciality Agriculture and Engineering Group, announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 10.00am GMT on Tuesday 20 February 2024 at The Halston Hotel, 20-34 Warwick Road, Carlisle CA1 1AB in The Mail Exchange function room.

Notice of Meeting for the 2024 AGM and a Form of Proxy for use at the 2024 AGM are available to view on the Company's website at www.carrsgroup-ir.com. The Company’s Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 2 September 2023 can also be located on the Company’s website.  Hard copies of these documents have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.

These documents have also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and are available for viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
